On Saturday, March 4th, Cleveland will be hosting the PIL Solo and Ensemble contest. While the students organize most of the logistics of the day, FOCB will be providing hospitality during the event as well as a few key volunteer roles. We are searching for a parent volunteer who would be able to coordinate efforts that day.
Responsibilities include the following:
- planning session with Hospitality and Volunteer Coordinator to determine menu and volunteer needs
- ensure all volunteer roles are identified and work with Volunteer Coordinator to fill them through a sign-up genius
- be on site the day of the event
- order and arrange delivery of pizza lunch for volunteers
- order and arrange delivery of sandwich lunch for judges
- drinks and snack availability
